Yes it is the same.
The connections MUST BE TIGHT to avoid heat at the connection.
We carry the correct connectors and parts.

Ken,
It looks very much like a horn relay and it’s function from the wiring diagram shows it to be a simple relay.
I’ll compare it to a horn relay.

One caveat might be the duty cycle rating of the relay coil.
HI blower relay would be a continuous duty coil, horn relay is
intermittent duty.
Intermittent duty coils will heat up when energized continuously and may
quickly burn out after a short period of time.
Relay contact current rating may also be an issue. Blowers and
compressors are probably higher current devices than horns.
