I have a 78 rear bath Royale with two twin couches that are used for
beds. Standard size twin bed mattresses are too wide for the base where
the current cushions fit. The current foam seat cushions do not make
very good sleeping.

Does any one know where mattresses can be made to order??

Thanks

Contact any mattress outlet. They can tellyou but they will be expensive.
If you go for foam you should know there are many different densities and
they rank by order of firmness.

Personally I like the foam and used the densest one. Any boat shop can
make up foam to your spec and if you provide your material they can
upholster them as well.

I had a local shop modify a great mattress just for the rear of my coach. It
has 600 coils and they took the metal banding so the mattress can fold and
come out or be turned over. I you want more info, please let me know and I
will give you the name of the company in Albuquerque NM that did mine. It is
wonderful and for the first time since I owned the coach, I can say I get
great sleep.
