You don't have to be crazy to own a GMC, but it helps!

BTW, great progress this weekend. New battery cables, house battery and
resurrected house 12V system. Sharon couldn't figure out why I was so
excited to have interior lights again. )

Congradulations! I spent two days messing around with my batteries after
the break-in. Some new wires, new connectors, and new in-line fuses (which
was a good thing). But the thing that bedeviled me was getting the new
battery cables to stow and unroll correctly when I opened the battery tray.
Most of a day fussing with it. When I got it working I was ecstatic.
