Cooling System Capacity

What is the capacity of a completely drained cooling system including the
hoses to the hot water heater?

I got out my GMC MH Maintence Manual x-7525A. On page 0-11, it says that the
cooling system capacity is 21 quarts, which for a complete drain and refill
would require 10 1/2 quarts of anti-freeze, 10 quarts of water and a pint of
Wynn's Cooling System Treatment.
