how come no one makes a trans cooler where the lines ar threaded in just
like the radiator.
i dont care for the slide on hoses although its probobly all right.

There are quite a few of those out there. I have a Setrab unit
installed on my coach and it works quite well. Bear in mind that those
A/N, Earls type fittings are expensive. $325 for the cooler and $65 for
the type of fittings you are talking about.
Check the Summit or Jeg's catalogues.
