The cooling expansion tank should be about a 1/3 full when cold.
It'll expand to 3/4 to full as the coolant gets to temperature.

If you start with it full it'll definately overflow. Sometimes when running,
othertimes when shutting down as that's when expansion is greatest as the
engine heatsoaks.

Mine has cold / hot marks on the side at the 1/3 and 3/4 mark.

...almost ready for another run down I-5. Leaving Toad behind. It's going to
be interesting how it performs. First run since EFI without Toad.
