That's the rear twin bed, side dry bath on the left floor plan? If so, I
think it's below the drivers side bed. Same for the air compressor and
valves.

In our 77 Kingsley twin bed, dry bath it was behind the oven.....

Maybe someone stole it..

All kidding aside. I do not know, but I would look for the house 12 DC fuse panel. It is probably close by. It should be on the drivers side
because on GM up fitted coaches that is the route for the 12 VDC from under the hood to the rear batteries and the Onan. It also needs 120 VAC so
where is the 120VAC CB panel?

I'm not much help.

Mine is under the Driver side bed. However the book says it is behind and above the furnace.

Are you certain that you have one? If yes, you should here it. After all, there is a reason it is called buzz box

Not under beds. We'll check around the oven. By the way, the 12v fuse panel is in the bath behind the sliding door for the toilet paper. No converter
under the bath sink. Thanks for the help

Peter, it's got one because there is 12v when plugged in and all batteries disconnected. Can't hear it. But, I'm told that there's a lot I don't hear.

Typical PO work that does not follow the standard layouts.
Try following the AC line as it is connected to one.

I think they just misplaced it somewhere.

Around here when Lauire misplaces something, I usually find it in the refrigerator.

If I misplace it, it might not be found for years.

Location of "buzz boxes" varies. Some are here, some are there. Coachman
placed them somewhere in the rear of the coach, and other up fitters placed
them behind the oven and above the furnace in an almost inaccessible
location. Some in the lavatory sink undercabinet. Also no fun to service.
My Royale was located in the bottom of a night stand between the rear
gaucho beds. You had to get on your knees, and use a portable light source
to service the buzz box or the 12 volt or 120 volt breakers or fuses. On
the Coachman system, you had to operate a toggle breaker to switch between
shore power and generator power. I modified that deal with a timed delay 50
amp automatic transfer switch. Now, if you want to operate the generator,
you just start it up, and wait until the time delay relay closes, and you
are good to go. No more kneeling at the electrical altar and flipping
toggle breakers.
I would plug your coach into shore power, go quietly into the coach, and
listen for the buzz box to tell me where it is hiding. Likely as not, you
will be removing sinks or stoves/ovens to remove it.

G'day,

John found a PD 9640 located right where GMC put the Buzz Box; above the furnace behind the oven.

Since it's a PD it's quiet so no buzzzzzzziiiiiiinnnnnggggg to hear!

Appreciate the on and off net replies.

Rob, I BELIEVE I remember seeing it behind the stove on the wall. If you put your head down load and look up behind and below the stove, you can see
the bottom of it. That's all I remember or think I remember but I do recall thinking it was a really odd place for it. It also appeared to be a
newer type just from the sheer size of it.
