Another RV newsgroup that I was reading had a thread about cleaning
dried solids from a black water tank. One fellow recommended adding ice
cubes through the toilet until about full, then driving around for a
while. Theory being, you get some mechanical scrubbing action from the
cubes, and when you get back they're melted and you're ready to dump and
flush out the gunk.
No mention of adding recycled scotch to the ice cubes in the holding
tank.
