Combiner or Isolator?

O,K. you guys convinced me.

I will leave in the isolator and use the
front combiner for boosting only.

The Onan charge from the 455 through
a rear combiner.

And here I though the coach was finally going
to loose instead of gain some weight.

Do you have three banks of batteries ??

The Boost switch is quite different from a combiner.... The voltage level
detection is critical to the operation and you should need only one
combiner and no isolator if you only have two battery banks. If you have a
separate battery on the Onan, you should be able to remove it and just use
the house battery to crank the Onan.

Just wonder what your configuration looks like ??
