Are you subscribed to the regular GMCnet? You may want to try the Digest
version. I get 2 or 3 e-mails a day, each containing 20 or so messages.
Its quite easy to scan through the messages using the scroll key, and
you can just scroll on past uninteresting posts. Gotta be quicker than
opening an e-mail based on subject matter, finding out the tread
changed, and then deleting it.
I use this method to scroll past the techno-mechanical engineering
treatises until I get to something interesting, like TP installation
techniques. But I suppose it would also work in the reverse. ;-)
