I am curious if anyone else has tried contacting Cinnabar lately for parts. I called them 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail then again this week but so far no response. When I ordered exhaust manifolds, they responded to my voicemail within days.

As for parts, I prefer to use GMCRVparts.com and Sirum GMC. Both are more pleasant people to deal with.

Old posts stated they were short on workers and the owners were aging. Hope all is well. There are things they had like original manifolds and original air bags. And also brake rotors.
It’s the original air springs (their reproductions) I am attempting to order. There is nothing wrong with with air springs on my coach but nothing lasts forever.
They returned my call Monday the 18th from the messages I left the previous week. Apparently deer season opened.

Just to note, I did leave them a phone message with an inquiry a week or two ago. They returned my call the next day.
FINALLY they received my voicemail yesterday for a set of air springs. Steve said my prior 3 voicemail messages were never received back in November, 2024. Maybe it’s time they consider a new voicemail provider.
I know this is an old post but I just spoke with Steve @ Cinnabar and they are still in business.
Yes. The one time I called and left a voicemail, it was apparently hunting season and they were out hunting wabbits with Elmer Fudd - or so the story goes. I have since figured out that they are in the office to answer phones somewhere around 1:00 Eastern Time whereas I am back 2 hours in Pacific Time.
I talked to them about 2 weeks ago. Wes, the owner passed away last year. The trust is running the business and they have three employees doing the work. They are trying to undo some of the policies that Wes put in place that simply do not work to in today's business. They are open, they have plenty of parts at reasonable prices and they are still doing service work. Unfortunately with the volume of work, they don't have the ability to answer the phone every day all day. So sometimes you will have to leave a message but they will call you back. I think their changes will be for the better.
