Well folks,
Cinnabar has taken a few hits on the list. So, I wanted to let you all know
about a conversation that I had today with their parts department.
On June 11th I ordered wheels and lug nuts for the second coach. They were
shipped promptly and have been sitting in San Rafael while the rest of the
work got completed (matching up cut harnesses takes time).
Yesterday the shop noticed that there were no lug nuts. Hmmmm. So I called
Cinnabar today. The long and short of it - it will take time to track down
whether or not the nuts were shipped to begin with, or if they went astray.
IN the meantime, Cinnabar has shipped new lug nuts to the facility. No
questions, no charge while it all gets sorted out.
Score one for Cinnabar. I wish all of our suppliers were this good at
service (at least this once).
Actually, I wish they were all as good as Jim Bounds. He's always been free
with his advice and fair with his prices.
