Only does about 9600 reliably, but its enough for a telnet session to get
elm or pine text based e-mail.
I have my message headers sent to an alpha pager, so I usually only log-in
only for those red letter crisis messages.
I've gotten 14.4 a couple of times when I was right under a cell tower.
