Ceiling fan vent gasket

I procured locally, adhesive backed foam strip (weather stripping), and
applied to the vent cover. It comes in various widths and thicknesses.

Mine was this way too. I took the motor apart and re-oiled the bearings. The
motor's fine, but since we've used it, (open/close/open/close) the gasket
isn't in too good a shape any more.

We don't use it a lot, so I don't know if a Fantastic makes a lot of sense
for me, but I need something that seals up better than this. I finally taped
it up to keep the big bugs out.

Does anyone know where you can get a replacement seal for these? I haven't
looked, so this is really a lazy man's question.
