Arch: AJUSA is the west coast order office. My experience is that Chuck
Stoddard (who is the boss) answers the phone at the east coast (or is it
midwest) office or what they call the tech support line. Every time that I
have talked to him, the chill has been numbing. He may not think that I'm
an idiot but I was certainly left with that impression.
I agree that they make very good products. I have a lot of respect for the
thought that goes into such simple things as adding an informative
instruction sheet to somebody else's product (such as the Ragusa pan or the
Transgo shift kit). I've spent at least a thousand dollars with them. I
agree that Chuck is amazingly knowledgeable about GMC's. But friendly and
helpful. Not in my experience.
