Installation took a day, considering what underlayment, what direction, fixing the bathroom leaks took weeks.
I went with an underlayment I found at Home Depot. I went in for plastic and got this. The flooring requires plastic down because the back is
basically pressed cork board. I was worried about sealing moisture into the plywood and causing rot.
This underlayment has a semi permeable layer on the bottom, a ton of styrofoam beads, and then a vapor barrier on top. The concept is moisture can
get into the beads, and then walking around will push the moist air out. It did make the floor extra flexible and helped smooth out some areas that I
was worried about (some bolt heads that came through the floor, some gobs of black goo I couldn't scrape off.
Here's a link to the underlayment, one roll + 100 sq feet. Used less than one roll.

Here's a link to the flooring. Was almost $600 with freight shipping ($80) I got 5 boxes, and have 5+ planks left over. I still need to do the step.
I used Cubis Natural. The floor smelled terrible for less than a day. Its as backordered so it was freshly made.

as of now I"m happy. I may need to pull the hallway and make sure the floor is not in the way of the shower drain trap. I still need to do the step,
trim the underlayment and pick out a baseboard.
