Arch,
Wolverine does not sell Retail any longer. It is available from
Autozone with the part number that I listed. You can call Wolverine at
1.800.248.0134 for cam spec's.

Are you sure the clicking is not coming from a CV joint?

Without taking them apart, it's hard to tell if they are in good shape or not.
The CV boots (original) look like new. That was one of the things we checked
when we had the wheels & knuckles off. Marty Moore said that chances are they're
in good shape, only 39,000 miles on them.
The PO spent about $1,600 on brakes & they work well, the coach stops good &
the wheels free wheel when the front is off the ground so I'm going to count that
out. Original hoses are flexible with little or no rust on the steel ends.
The part numbers for the upper control arm bushings listed gmcmotorhome.com ( I
think that is the reference I used) are offset and are not original. The inside
washer is smooth with no serrations, unlike the original. I guess the offset is
to add an extra 1 deg. of camber. The exact NAPA replacement is 267-1227.
I'm going to post this just to see if the "water" rises. Thanks Arch for all
the responses.

Thanks Arch! I'm not sure the Mondello info is wrong. If the intake opens
at 2 BTDC and the exhaust closes at 8 ATDC, that's 10 degrees of overlap -
sounds about right. The Edelbrock however claims the intake opens at 0 BTDC
and the exhaust closes at 5 BTDC meaning no overlap?? I've never heard of a
performance cam with no overlap - of course my knowledge of cams is limited
to my youthful streetrodding days, but this just doesn't sound right.
Overlap is why radical cams give you problems with vacuum operated
accessories(like power brakes). At first glance, the Mondello/Engle numbers
look a little more "aggressive" than the Edelbrock. I've tried to locate a
website for Engle Cams, but no joy so far.

Got to be careful in comparing cams. you need to know if they have equal
lobe centers, are speced at the same cam lift, and what method was used in
grinding the lobes. Mondello does not grind his cams like other cam
grinders and does not want them installed using the lobe center method and
the tag shows a lob separation figure. He points theses facts out in his
tech literature.

Agreed, but ya' gotta' start somewhere...

Actually, Mondello doesn't grind cams at all. I believe that Arch noted
this is an Engle cam sold by Mondello.
