The story Clairence personally told me a number of years ago was that back
in 1991, I believe, he had heart bypass surgery and didn't expect to be
involved in his business afterward, so he sold the building to Cinnabar with
the understanding that he could subsequently use one bay to do service work.
He said slowly but surely Cinnabar began telling him he couldn't do this and
couldn't do that. Eventually it became so restrictive as to what he could
perform that he went up the road and opened another service facility.

Several people have ask why there are two service facilities in Sandusky,
MI. I was told the story that Mr. Buskirk sold the business to Cinnabar.
Then somebody ask him to do a stretch for them Cinnabar said no. It all
had to be by the book. Mr. Buskirk opened a new business so he could
continue to make modifications to the GMC. I dont know if this is true
or not but it was the story I was told when I was up there.
