The burner on my 77 PB SOL-AIRE furnace cracked - broke all four screws
off trying to remove. I can drill and tap the screws, but the
manufacture is out of business. Any one out there have a burner, or
source for same.
Also on a different note, when trying to locate air leaks in the
suspension I used a ultrasonic leak detector. This tool is available in
the HVAC business to locate air/freon or vacuum leaks. I found it to be
very accurate - it can pinpoint exactly where the leak is.
I will bring it to the rally in MB in March if anyone needs to use it or
has any questions.
