Not high enough rotational speed to generate the heat needed to do a good job.
You should be able to rent the Milwaukee or something similar from a rental place
for about $25 - $30 for the weekend. The small ones you see at Sears etc. just
are not powerfull enough to do the proper job. Call if you have any questions.

A good buffing job is not hard to learn, but there are some tricks and things to
watch out for.
