IMHO: I would not be too concerned/paniced.
Two on the same hub, then its time to go to work..

Jerry - if one has broken I would suspect the others. This is
usually indicative of someone over tightening them, possibly with an
impact wrench, and stretching them. I personally would replace all
of them on that wheel as long as I had it off.
