Does anyone have a number for the brake drums on our rigs? I found the OEM number and have a casting number(L35972R) on the old drum but haven't been
able to locate them. I know Jim K sells them but @ 160 each x4 plus freight that puts the Reaction arm pretty close with all new parts. Anyone find
anything more reasonable?
Thanks, Hal

Are they not just reworked drums from a late '60s toronado? At one time, one of our vendor's had photos of the discs and drums they sold. Those photos clearly showed that the parts had been reworked from a 5-bolt configuration.

I had a toro rear axle with drums and they looked pretty darn close, but I never did a side by side compare.

The original drums had 8 holes. The ones you see that are redrilled from a 5 hole drum are aftermarket drums. But, if they are centered properly when drilled they work just fine.

Cinnabar sells non-redrilled drums with eight stud holes and the correct hub OD, I bought a pair awhile back and they were $179.00
each.
