5. Definitely. Except don't omit the kitchen. Make it back into the camper it was, with updated interior.

You didn't mention option #6...After you've stripped out the nasty interior, get the mechanicals right while using it as a work van for your house
restoring. Very nice to have all your tools and an enclosed place to work on the remote jobsite.

I think I agree with Terry. it would make a great vehicle to haul wood, tools, ladders, ect... You already have the rear window busted out, so you
might as well make that rear end open up.

you are smart, and figured out some basics already, search this site and do some reading. I do not think you will ever make any money on this
thing, even if you did start out at $500. $10,000 later in parts, you may still have a $10,000 coach. The value is using and enjoying the coach.

looking at your numbers again.. here is my opionion after owning and being around these great coaches for 6 years. I currently drive a GMC I paid
$500 for and now have 8-9k in parts into it.

1. Great idea. Not sure about zoning issues. My runner has been used as a guest bedroom before.
2. they make great food trucks. You will find a few made out of a GMC.
3. I like the idea of party buses, and I use mine to haul friends around. It makes a great people hauler. Laws vary State to state, and getting the
old RV licensed properly and legally to use as a party bus/Limo, can be an issue.
4. Keen footware did this. As far as renting it out to others, you may be a better salesman then most. Not sure you will have ROI, but maybe a good
tax deduction
5. again- maybe a good tax deduction, but I just do not think you will have much financial success. these are great motorhomes, but they either take
a ton of money to really make sure all systems are 100% and not going to fail on someone else, or they take a little tinkering and someone who has
the patient and understanding that bad things can happen to good people.

keep updates and pictures coming. Love seeing these get rescued and used!

Can you take a close-up picture of those seat belts behind the driver's seat and explain how they are attached to the wall, please? I want to remove
the dinette behind the driver's seat in a 23' model and install a davo/bunk and would like to include seat belts the way they would have been done if
OEM.

I don't have the close up pic of the seat belt attachment but I can tell you mine were attached using 1 bolt for the 2 belts in the center of the
sofa/couch/davo/whatever it is and the same setup for the singles on each end. The bolt goes through both vertical frame members and the belt(s) are
in the space between the frame. Don't remember a spacer to tighten down on between the frame members so it must have been a self locking nut on the
bolt.

You sure are starting off with a clean slate.

One thing I will caution you about is that the Rochester that is used in the motorhome is not the same as any other. I have no specifics
(unfortunately), but the fact has been reported a few times. There is some hope. If you do a search here, you will find that someone used a Holly
by some number and a few have fit the inclusive throttle body injection systems.

You have several choices for the replacement airsprings (airbags). I will not go into them here because I have only had experience with one of them.
If you search out the replacements for the OE, you will probably be convinced to look at the others that are discussed here. The repops are not a
good deal.

I see that you did find the sigfile place and that is a real good start. Please add a geographic reference. Only half of those that show up here
read this as a forum. The other half get it as e-mail and they don't get to see the header that says "Denver". You have mentioned it enough, but
don't expect anybody to remember it. Very few that are here also read Facebook.

This is an amazing community of helpful and supportive people. Even if you aren't building the coach to be a traveler, they will provide advice as
assistance as they can. As I liken them to the watermen that are my world, I like to welcome new owners much as we welcome a new owner there. So,
