This is an indication that you may have too much end-play on the
pins.
IIRC:
there are felt washers and thrust washers to take up the gap and the
TOPHAT
bushings that are in boogies themselves can sometimes be adjusted to
close
the endplay to an acceptable gap. not too tight, so as to cause wear
and not too lose to allow sideplay. I don,t have access to my manuals
on
the boogies, but when I rebuilt mine I went though the procedure for
proper
sideplay adjustment. Check your service manual.
