Black tank mounting bolts?

I don't have pictures, but I did have the floor exposed there and I believe they were carriage head bolts up through the floor. The tank is mounted
to the body so it moves with the body (toilet and other plumbing connections) and not with the frame.

BTW, I have a new black tank here in S. Ontario if you find you have cracks or leaks.

My Staff says I never listen to them, or something like that

on GM coaches, they are a carridge bolt that goes through the floor. depending on your floorplan, depends on access on how easy they are to
replace. on my palm beach, some are under cabnetry, others under the floor. I was able to replace one that was under my carpet, the other one I
carefully cut it off, and welded on some treaded rod because it was not going to go up and out under the cabinet, yet the threads were buggered and it
broke when trying to remove the nuts.

I had the same problem with one of my black tank bolts. Not wanting to weld the threaded to the cut off bolt I used wire rope clamps to attach the rod. Still good after 18 years.

The coaches differ greatly on waste tanks depending upon factors like
bathroom and kitchen locations, year models, which upfitter finished them,
and I am probably leaving out several other exceptions.
I used to work on quite a few of them, but now I limit myself to ONLY
WORKING ON REPLACEMENT of old stuff with brand new tanks, and all
downstream drain plumbing, mascerator installs with all new plumbing.
Dealing with 40 year old cracked plastic has taught me quite a bit.
All I need to know, in fact, about waste tanks in GMCs.
DON'T TOUCH THEM. NOT NOW, NOT NEVER.

Sawzall and floor jack with a 2' x 2' piece of plywood on the jack pad. Cut
all the plumbing and the straps, and lower away. Roll it out into the
driveway, and throw it in the back of my truck. Then off to the recycle
center with the whole mess. Throw away the rubber gloves along with the
tanks.
I hate em.

What Hupy said. I patched one around the outlet with fiberglass and epoxy resin but it was a total bitch to get the material claen so the patch would
stick. Which it did. Working through the drain hole I was. Waaaay better off to fit a new tank when the existing one begins to harden.!
