Black and Grey water tank reading

Thanks to everyone for the great advice. Took a pressure hose to the
inside of the Black tank and the problem is solved.

Chuck,
There are miracle probes that avoid that type of issue along with chemicals
to help avoid these issue with the blank tanks with probe sensors.
