Birchaven For Sale

A perfect little Birchaven just popped up for sale in Rapid City.
"1978 23' Birchaven $4500. The Birchaven has just over 23,000 original miles on
it and has been garaged since we bought it in 1982. It is in exceptional
condition and would be a collector's dream. It is all original equipment and
paint. My husband has health problems and we haven't use it in years. My husband
used to start the Birchaven up every year, but has not done that for at least 7
(?) years. The batteries are dead. I need to move it before winter. It is in
Rapid City SD."

I believe the mileage is correct. The dash is ultra clean and perfect!
