Bill Brown?

This morning I got an out of the blue message (on Facebook Messenger) from Bill brown. Kind of cryptic stuff, like how are you doing? and stuff lie
that. I answered, and probably shouldn't have. I'm wondering if, 1.) Bill, is that really you, or 2.) has someone set up a fake account in Bill's
name?

Anyone able to help me figure this out?

I have gotten several fake friend requests from Great Lakers. They start like that and then ask if I know about government grants. (Do know about
those, boy don't I)
So I ask a TZE related question and when I get a bad or nothing response, I say you are not the person I know by that name and end everything right
then and there.
It is kind of fun.
