I thought I'd post to see if anyone has unused end and mid caps for the stock beltline trim as used on my rig. I've take a few pictures for identification purposes. I'm missing a total of 4. I've checked with Jim Bounds already.

Thanks,

Eric, in the picture you posted captioned missing end cap, I do not believe there is supposed to be a cap. As I understand there are only eight end caps. Two on the drivers side and six on the passenger side. I think the rubber strip is just supposed to butt up against the side light.
Perhaps someone else can post a picture of how the side light fits with the trim.

Just what I think.

Yes and no. There are 8 chrome end caps. On my 76 there are also 4 black
metal
clips to cover where the rubber butts up against the running lights.
Cinnabar had
them last winter because I bought 4 when we painted mine. Holler if anybody
needs
a pic.

Arch, yes, please post a picture. I have a black plastic rubber strip cap on one end of one strip. Jim Bounds told me that piece is supposed to be under each of the chrome caps. Looking at the parts catalog didn't help me to clarify what was stock and what I need.

Try this. Holler if you need more info. Now I did put a piece if the black
rubber that runs
down the side under the chrome caps to make them fit better.
