Tom --

Good to hear from you, and I appreciate the update on the pullers.

I sure appreciate the time and effort you put in this project, and I think
this is one time we'll all agree that you deserve a hearty thank you!

As for me, I sure don't need the tracking number, it gets here when it gets
here.
I'll just let you know if it *doesn't* show up, then we can see what
happened.

Sure appreciate your effort.

| For all of you (54 of you)that ordered the puller for the front wheel
| bearings, they will be finally finished the end of today. i just got back
| from inspecting them. Took my front hub and bearing assembly over and
| sampled several of the pullers to make sure everything was as designed.
| They all worked flawlessly.
|
| I think everyone will be pleased with the quality of the materials and
| finish. I believe this puller is stronger than anything currently on the
| market. As I said earlier it is made of a solid block of 4140
| pre-hardened
| steel and than machined. the finish is just beautiful.
|
| I should be able to start shipping them Monday the 9th, although
| I am going
| to try to ship one to Rich Hwang Friday. He told me that he has problems
| with his front end (the coaches that is) and needs one now.
|
| Sorry this took so long but as I explained earlier my friend was
| doing us a
| favor and he is in business to make money. He had to run the big orders
| first. Will send a list of UPS tracking numbers so everyone can
| track their
| shipment if they want.

unable to send picutes over the GMC net richard. besides there are no more
pullers available at this time unless i made an other purchase. All 55
pullers have already been reservd and paid for. The closest thing to this
tool is the Winterfeldt tool for $500+. The bearing puller that i designed
is even stronger than the winterfeldt tool

We purchased 55 front wheel bearing pullers for $175 each. A nice savings
for netters.

How much? If there is an extra, I would like to consider it.

Tom,
Ditto on the thanks for all the work on our behalf that you did.

Don't bother with typing in all those tracking numbers. As someone else

wrote before if it doesn't arrive in a week or so then we can worry
about
tracking. I'm not in a hurry because I hope that I don't have to
replace
my bearings for a year or so.

Thanks Rick. needed one for myself so saved money in the long run. go to a
machine shop and try to get one of anything made. Bring lots of money.

I am now getting more people that want the pullers. If there are enough i
can try and get more made. Already know that the price will be more. My
friend lost money on this. He underestimate the machine and hand time

the puller was much more complicated to machine than he thought.

started with a 6'diameter 2"long piece of 4140 pre-hard steel, which is very
hard. cut it across its diameter, drilled and tapped for outside cap
screws, than turned the bottom in three sections, turned the inside in three
sections, drilled the 5/8" rod holes, and polished everything.Than made the
inserts and the buttons separately. Lots of machine work even for a CNC.

but the tool is beautiful
