I was gone on vacation the week before last and now just going thru the
digest version of the list. I cannot believe the bashing of the company
providing the OTC 927 puller that went on. I talk to Fred just before I
left on vacation and ordered my puller. He told me that he would have
it shipped to me directly from the factory and it should take about 2
weeks. It arrive last thursday 2 weeks to the day. Fred was very
helpful and considerate. If your expecting 2 or 3 day delivery it is
not going to happen because of the large number that have been sold lately.
