Battery issues.

OK.. here is what I did and the results:

Disconnected the batteries; Truck battery still won't take a charge; house
battery put on 2amp charge and came back up.



Bought new truck battery and installed. Both batteries holding charge.



AND I disconnected 12 volt wire to refer.

Dean,

You should put an ammeter in series with that disconnected lead to the
refrigerator to see if it's draining your battery. I suspect not and that
the failed engine battery only coincidentally failed at about the time you
were fooling with the refer.
