Chris,
I've only found the "bottom diverter" sytle faucet in the West Marine
catalog. Someone recently posted about mounting a shower on the forward
wall of the wet bath. I think I'd go this route if I replaced the faucet.

This sheetmetal-type drain plumbing is renowned for short life. Replace it
with PVC from your local hardware/Lowes/Home Depot.

You don't mention the type of damage to the supply lines. If you found
freezing or corrosion on the supply lines, more than likely you have it
somewhere else in the system. Under the galley cabinet, behind the wet bath
and at the fresh water tank are likely places to find freeze damage.
Abrasion is the resort of either a poor installation or repair. I just
replaced nearly all of the fresh water plumbing in my coach. I had
corrosion, freezing and abrasion damage. I didn't originally intend to
replace everything, but I found that much of the copper tubing used by
Gemini was not standard size. BTW, I also found several poorly done
repairs(as well as some scorched insulation) by the PO that led to my
replacing the plumbing. I used a combination of PEX and copper using
carefully placed unions so that I could pull a section out to repair it in
the shop if necessary.
