Somehow the subject has wandered a bit. I'm curious about the pictures of the before and after of the coach. Did it shear off at the beltline or was
that after it was uprighted and cleaned off. If it sheared off clean like that, it sure makes the case for NOT having shoulder belts.

Not the shoulder belts again. Please. It's like oil, tires, and many other discussions. Some people want shoulder belts and some don't. It would be a
rare, rare, incident where it made a life threatening difference.

Would make an even better case for not having a big truck fall on your
coach and crush it into a ditch.

I have a photo of a third that looks almost like the Nichols', which
occurred some years before in FL -- looks like Payne's Prarie. Nothing
above the beltline.

My mind's made up.
