To answer all your questions, yes. Right now, I'd settle for anything that
runs. Not! You guys have given me so much information, I probably will
drive the seller nuts. Might not be a bad idea if it affect his counting
$'s in a positive way.

What exit on I-10 are you located? They do number them in FL, don't they?
