Anyone towing a Mazda Protege (4door Standard Tranny)?

Towing is going to be a brand new experience for me.

I have a '91 Mazda Protoge GT with a listed GVW of 3440 and would hope that
it would make a good toad while remaining a suitable second vehicle when at
home. Of course the Protege is not a real popular toad so choice of
brackets, etc. seems a little more limited.

Any experiences/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Dave:

I agree less is best. But on the other hand, Phil Scharr towed his
Towncar with his coach and he was in his 80's!
