Anybody in Washington State have Collector Plates on their GMC?

Our coach had Washington State collector plates on it when we bought it three years ago.

When I bought mine a couple years ago in Washington state, it had collector plates on it and I transferred and registered it in my name in Washington
state.

Alabama was no hassle. I just walked into DMV and asked for Vintage Vehicle plates. No personal property tax either.
