Any recommendations for a wall thermostat for a Suburban furnuce

I have one similar to this unit, which has a digital display mechanical unit.

Simple, easy to wire, you turn it up or down.
A non digital mechanical thermostat is is a good option.

Notice that all thermostats have an on/off switch which is important to us when not using the coach to insure that the furnace is off. You use only the heating function and leave the fan in auto position.

Bob, I replaced mine with a 6.95 Lowe's special. There's absolutely no magic in them, a simple thermo spring switch. Replace it for peace of mind,
the originals will sometimes close but not conduct electricity due to crud on the contacts over the years. Ask me how I know this and dam' near froze
one night last year.

You need to read some of the questions about this item on Amazon listing. Like the first one asks "Will this work for both heat and AC. After the
title says "HEAT ONLY". and the response to the question was to Call Suburban and ask.
Another question was "I ran the furnace out of gas now it will not start." The response was "Did you get more gas?"
There are more like that.

What Rich said if you want the same maker as the furnace. But, any simple closure stat will work fine. Skip the display models, you're paying for
one more thing to break.

I aet mine on about 40 F when the coach is parked here. It's powered all the time. Keep propanein it, and open all the cabinets and drawers, cover
the side went for the icebox. Keeps the wasser from freezing.

Agree that most any will work. However you should avoid any mercury switch types in an RV that moves.
