From what I know and experiaced with customers coaches, there are more to
consider than Smog issue as any coach that is mechanicly sound will pass
the test.
I have assisted many every year get it done by the book.
When I appraise a coach, a 76 is worth mor than the 75 on thenaverage as I
do not consider the smog issue.
Contrary to belief that an engine must run lean to pass the test is
incorrrect. Lean will cause a miss fire and fail.
