Another rear suspension system!

I know Brent aka Fatman. We used to run the same circuit selling out stuff. They make Mustang front suspension kits for dang near everything as well as a lot of other street suspension kits and components.

Normally, his stuff is first rate and reasonably priced and he has a good reputation for standing behind his products....even if obviously abused and poorly installed.

Kerry,

I went to Brent's website but couldn't find any info about that suspension system so I emailed him to see what the deal was. I'll
let the GMCnet know when he responds.

If you go to the webrodder home page and search for 'motorhome' you'll find 4 articles on the GMC. The author is not mentioned by name. Since Ken Henderson said that this is Doc Frommers site and he lives in a GMC, I wonder if it is him?

His analysis of how the rear suspension works is a bit off from my 'vast' understanding , but the fabrication is well done...perhaps the author and Fatman can come up with an acceptable parking brake system???

The articles are copyrighted. Saving to your own PC is up to you but posting them (other than links) somewhere else would be a violation of copyright.

Yep. And the majority of this list lives in the "land of the lawyers"!

Saving and converting them to something less draconian than Flash is pretty straightforward - but I'm not wild about posting the files.

The irony is that capturing and reposting would be excellent advertising for this guy. That, of course, is his choice.

Not sure how legal it is in general, but in my country I am allowed to
make a copy for friends. If anyone considers himself a friend on this
list, feel free to contact me offlist for pdf files of those. I don't
think it violates any copyrights in the US either, but IANAL. If you
think it violates someones rights, do not contact me for a copy.
