The alternator bracket for the 455 GMC holds the large alternator. I
looked at an OLDS 455 in an auto and it held the smaller Delco
alternator, I can not recall the model but is there a bracket that will
fit the 455 and can be used to replace the current alternator with a
smaller- insize not capacity - altenator?
