I have yet to receive the Alcoas I ordered. I'm going to wait until I
receive them to make sure there are no problems, then I'll post price and
location. I would not want to recommend to anyone until I'm sure.

The correct p/n for the wheel was posted. Wonder what the problem is? The
price sure sounded good. Made me wonder if I'd paid too much. Bought mine
from Alex Sirum. Very happy I did.

Hello all
I received the corrected order for my Alcoas today.
My original order was for 6 Rims, Alcoa # 16023,48 lug nuts #139987, and 48
Lug Covers # 000190 at $1075. delivered from Don Wirth ( actually shipped
from Continental ).
I received all, but the Lug nut covers were made in China, not ABS, no
springs for retension, and most important according to Alcoa Not
Recommended.
After much discussion with Don Wirth I returned the covers and had to pay an
additional $37.50 plus $5. for return shipping to him. Today I received the
correct Lug Covers, Alcoa part # 000190. My total cost is now $1117.50 this
is without center covers. I still think this price is good however if I had
to do it again or recommend to others I would go elsewhere. I do not like
this kind of surprise, although the difference is not much, I want to get
what I order.

PS: Rick tell us more about the balance powder you got with your tires.

Don't understand why you had to pay $37.50. the difference between the
chinese lug covers and the alcoas is only $19. From continental the chinese
covers are $.87 and the Alcoas are $1.25. I think he should have provided
you with the correct covers for the original price. WE are getting
snookered, and these guys are misrepresenting what they are selling!
