Hi Netters
While installing shut-off/shrader valves on my airbags, I decided to
rotate the bags 180 degrees as suggested by others. Good thing I did! I
discovered some damage to one bag, hidden from view. A piece of the
outer cover had ripped away in a triangle-shaped area about 1/2" X 1
1/2". This looked like a blowout waiting to happen. I had a spare bag,
apparently used and quite old. It has a lot of weather-checking or maybe
dry-rot, but I was told that a used bag in that condition was
prefferable to the one with exposed cord. What do y'all think? Yeah, I
know; get some new bags. OK, what's a good price and source for new
bags? Can you GET new bags? Or is there only NOS (new old stock)?
Thanx in advance,
Don
