First, you posted this in "Sandbox", most people don't read here and the e-mail side can't even see it.

As you had air valves rebuilt, I am guessing that you have a PowerLevel (manual valve)system. The fact is, that may not matter.

There is a known issue with the Sully system. When the airspings as installed on a GMC get totally flat, the internal bumper plugs off the air port
in the airspring. So, if it is flat down, you may need to lift it a little to get air in that side.

But, to also clearly answer your question, if you set the valve to raise (and the system is as designed) air will go to the airspring. If someone has
added the T with shut off and schrader, then you best check that the shut off is not "OFF".
