Air Suspension Confusion

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my air suspension.
We just got the coach home after purchasing it in MO.
On the way home the travel mode auto and hold function just the way my 78 used to.
If you leave it in Auto it will leak down over night.
If you leave it in hold it will stay at ride height overnight.
However the Raise and Lower to level the coach in a campground do not function at all.
I find this somewhat confusing since I would think the raise solenoid would be used to bring the coach up to ride height after leaking down
overnight.

Anybody have any thought on where to look.

78 so Electro level II?

Meaning 2 compressors?

If ELII does the pump come on in raise?

Actually either way Id look into the raise / lower switches

First thing to look at is the switches themselves. Take them out and spray with contact cleaner. It does happen that one function stops working due
to corrosion on the contacts. I had one where only one side would raise and the other would not. Cleaned the switch and both work as they should.

Tom,

Glad you made it home. Sorry we were not home when you were here in Springfield so that we could have offered help. It was funny, you posted that
you had additional fueling issues in Paducah, KY. We were in Paducah with Tom Whitton the day before you posted and headed home the next day via US
60. We did see a GMC headed east. Maybe that was you?

That was probably us. We were going east on US-60. Didn't want to have to go at Interstate speed.

Where around Springfield did you find your coach? I thought I knew about all the coaches in the area. Looked nice going down the road. Do you have
any pictures?

More than likely the height control lever might not be functioning

I pulled the plugs off the back of the switches and put them back on after cleaning the spade connecters and all functions now work.
One thing off the checklist.
