hello: new at this and an odd question. I hear air leaking between the
wheels on one side but the other side goes down. my question is does
the value on one side control the air on the other?
thanks

Tommy,

I'd wager you hear the air leak on the driver's side and the curb side is
the side leaking down, right? The air lines run from the front of the coach
along the driver's side frame rail. At the driver's side bogie mount, the
lines that go to the curb side run along the top of a frame cross
member(beside the brake crossover line) and this is where they often either
get pinched or worn through.
