Learning my way on this thread.i want to also , install coil springs at air bag locations.hav looked about ,need all advice available.thankyou in advance.

A key feature of the airbag system is the adjustable height, both for campground leveling and for setting travel height under different loading conditions. Replacements for stock airbags are available, as are several aftermarket alternatives.

Coil springs are a terrible idea.

So my recall wasn't exact. Here is a thread from 2012. If you scroll down you will find Bill Wevers took his springs off and went back to airbags. I didn't read through all of the postings...

Nice! It's always a good idea to try searching first. With half a million posts, just about anything you can imagine has been discussed before.

Agreed and thanks, perhaps springs need need b strong enough to hold up coach soft enough fo balance.cheers
