This is information you may be interested in or maybe not. I have
installed oversize tires, LT245/75-R16, on the Alcoa wheels and
ran into a little problem. This resulted in blown air bags a couple of
times.
The first time I believed this happened because the coach height was not
sufficient to clear. Both instances were in areas that had rough roads.
I replaced one of the height sensors and replaced the original 2 way
solenoids, then readjusted the height in accordance with the manual
(X7725). This allowed me to run with the Electro-Level II travel switch
in the 'Auto' position at all times, and that did help, but when it
happened the second time I had to think about the tire size and the
minimum clearances that resulted because of them.
