Maybe another good buy. Talked to a distributor in the Elkhart area. Air
bags in sets of 2 with cones 1-25 $380.00 and over 25 $324.00 UPS included
any where in the US. The part number he quoted is 4503 and that is the
correct one. Hope fully it is true and 26 people want a set. If interested

Frank, Tried to send this to you at the personal add below but it came back.

Re. GMC air bags. if this Elkhart distributor is on the
up-and-up (and perhaps a GMCer in the area could drift by his place and poke
around a bit to confirm), put me down for a set of bags and cones. MAKE
SURE THESE ARE THE METAL CONES (my OEM plastics self-destructed and I don't
need that to happen again).

Thanks

Frank --

Let me know who he is and I'll go check him out... I work in Elkhart county
on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Happy to get the 411 on whomever this is.

Netters. SECOND POSTING

Talked to a distributor in Elkhart area. Air bags in sets of 2 with
aluminium cones----------1-25 sets $380.00 and over 25 sets $324.00. UPS
included to any point in the US. Compare this to 1 at $264.00 plus $10.00
shipping. Only have 5 interested up till now. The 2,000 plus coaches that
we know of there must be more than five needing air bags. Spread the word

The thing to do with a new or used air bag is inflate and test in water to
check for leaks.

Emery.
Ten years ago I was working 7 days a week for General Motors. I am now
spending that money on the GMC.

moral is test the bag as sooon as you get it with light pressure to test for
leaks.
