Adjusting the original drivers seat

Thanks Chuck, after digging around some I saw that the base plate could be
moved. I did not want to do this quite yet, don't want to have to mess with
the carpet..

I did tilt the seat back by moving the spacers from the rear of the seat to
the front and adding a couple of washers as well. This is much better for
me.

I moved the drivers seat back by wrapping the base plate down over the step.
Just bolt the front though new hole and lag the wrapped plate into the step.
Also I raised the dinette 4 inches and bolts the seat belts to the original
seat belt nuts and used 1/2 in pipe for extended spacers.

You can usually move a seat back a bit by just drilling new holes
either in the seat mount brackets that bolt to the top of the slides
or where the slide bolt to the base plate. This is a whole lot
easier than trying to move the base plate.
